I began practicing yoga over 5 years ago as a way to help my mental health. I decided to train as a teacher so that I could share my knowledge and experience with others. I qualified as a teacher in December 2022.
I believe yoga is a practice that everyone can benefit from in some way, whether that be in a class setting, online from the comfort of your own home or in a one-to-one tailored practice.
I was drawn to yoga for the connection you create with yourself and for the fact it is so much more than just the physical postures.
I welcome all abilities in my classes and encourage students to practice in a way that best suits their body. As public classes aren’t suitable for everyone please do enquire if you are interested in 1:1 sessions.
